POLICY
1. Shipping and Handling Charges. Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Over sized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared. We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge for your order prior to billing and shipping.

2. Shipment By UPS. We ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service in the continental US. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii and International orders will have an additional shipping cost applied.

3. Delivery Time. Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-back-ordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders.

4. Consolidated Shipments. Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.

5. Returns. All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns. No returns on special [non-stock] orders, custom orders, electrical parts, computerized parts or used equipment. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be pre authorized by us and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card. We do not accept returns on used equipment – ALL SALES ON SPECIAL ORDERS [NON-STOCK ITEMS] and USED EQUIPMENT ARE FINAL.

6. Incorrect Item or Size. If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges.

7. Customer Order Error. Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.

8. Return/exchange Shipping Instructions. Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. For exchange enclose a copy of your packing list or Email Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Send exchanges and returns to dealership. Sales tax is charged on instate orders as required by law.

9. Payment Methods. Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases verified for your protection. Back orders: If an item is back ordered, we will notify you via email. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option. Filling back orders: Back orders will be filled before new orders when the back-ordered items become available.
We guarantee your order's privacy and security over the web, with all transactions utilizing an SSL secure server connection. Verisign, Inc., provides our Secure Server Certificate through Dealer Spike, LLC. We will not sell or disclose customer information to third parties under any circumstances except where required by law.

No sale shall be invalidated; nor shall Seller be liable as a result of defects or inaccuracies in any such descriptions and/or details. Buyer acknowledges that Seller has made equipment available for inspection prior to sale, and that it is buyer’s responsibility to inspect all equipment and to make their own inquiries and due diligence prior to purchasing any equipment. ALL EQUIPMENT IS SOLD 'AS IS, WHERE IS' AND THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER IN RESPECT TO USED EQUIPMENT. SPECIFICALLY, BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION, SELLER MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT ANY EQUIPMENT ITEM (A) CONFORMS TO ANY STANDARD IN RESPECT OF SAFETY, POLLUTION OR HAZARDOUS MATERIAL OR TO ANY STANDARD OR REQUIREMENT OF ANY APPLICABLE AUTHORITY, LAW OR REGULATION, OR (B) IS FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, OR (C) IS MERCHANTABLE OR FANCIABLE, OR (D) IS OF ANY PARTICULAR CONDITION, SERVICE TIME AND/OR HOURS OF USE, AGE, YEAR OF MANUFACTURE, MODEL, OR MAKE. SELLER SPECIFICALLY MAKES NO REPRESENTATION TO ANY OF THE ABOVE AND HAS ADVISED BUYER OF THE SAME. BUYER FURTHER AGREES WITHOUT CONDITION TO MAINTAIN AND/OR UPDATE EQUIPMENT TO A SAFE OPERATING CONDITION AND, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO A CONDITION WHICH MEETS ANY STANDARD OR REQUIREMENT OF ANY APPLICABLE AUTHORITY, LAW OR REGULATION INCLUDING THOSE CONCERNING ANY USE OR FUNCTION TO WHICH THE EQUIPMENT MAY BE PUT. By signing below, Buyer expressly agrees, furthermore confirms, and accepts that they have received all goods and services owed by the Seller and in full in satisfactory condition without exception.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This agreement and sale is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Arizona, without reference to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the Agreement, Sale, or claim of breach hereof shall be brought exclusively in the or in the Court of Common Pleas of Maricopa County, Arizona. Buyer and Seller hereby agree to consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waive any right to challenge jurisdiction or venue in such courts with regard to any suit, action, or proceeding under or in connection with the Agreement or Sale. Buyer and Seller expressly agree that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

FOR CREDIT CARD, CHECK, AND FINANCE BUYERS - PLEASE READ: The purchaser guarantees performance of the financial provisions of this sale and further unconditionally guaranty’s payment in full to Team Tractor & Equipment Corp. Being the authorized cardholder and or agent of the authorized cardholder, by providing us your credit and/or debit card for payment, purchaser agrees to the terms set forth in this policy, and agrees to pay, and specifically authorizes the charge to my credit card, bank account, or any other method of payment for goods and services. Purchaser further agrees that in the event purchasers credit card becomes invalid and/or check is no honored at any time, that purchaser will provide a new valid credit card, check, or other form of payment acceptable to the Seller (it its sole discretion) upon request or provide payment by immediately available guarantied funds by other means for the payment of any outstanding balances to Seller.
